CURACOLA

This small oven is used to harden the resin or glue used in the installation of fiber optics connectors. This oven fits up to 12 connectors of many types, such as ST, FC, SC, SMA, LC or others. Connectors that require glue may be installed at a significantly lower cost with the help of CURACOLA than connectors that use proprietary attaching systems and tools without glue or resin. Because CURACOLA is extremely simple and does not require any adjustment, this oven is ideal for laboratory and field use. In addition, CURACOLA is extremely robust and light, with cable and legs built in bakelite to protect the user against burns and prevent heat exchange with the oven base. The typical internal temperature is 80°C or 176 F.
