DIAMOND LAPPING FILMS

Developed for the polishing and finishing of hard materials such as steel, ceramics and glass. Particularly useful in the polishing of fiber optics connectors. These films perform much better than regular films (of metallic oxides) with regards to speed achieving the desired degree of polishing much faster. It also surmount regular films in the quality of finishing and useful life. Available in three grain sizes: 2 micra (in orange) corresponding approximately to a 7500 mesh; 9 micra (in blue) corresponding approximately to a 1600 mesh; and a thick grain sizes of 15 micra (in yellow), corresponding approximately to a 1000 mesh.
